  Notes & Policies
  

  Attendee Cancellation Policy (attendees):

  On or before April 15: 90% of total registration fees. After April 15: No refunds due to cancellation. Early registration ends on 31-January.
  

  Sponsor Benefit, Payment & Cancellation Polices (sponsors):

  Sponsorship benefits cannot be provided until payment is received in full. Sponsorships benefits cannot be guaranteed for registrations and/or payments received after April 1. Sponsorship benefits available in advance of the conference (eg: logo/link on website/emails) begin on February 5.
