Tue Exhibits Open: 8am to 5pm
Wed Exhibits Open: 8am to 4:30pm
  • 8am - 9am:  Breakfast with Exhibitors
  • 10:30am - 11am:  Break in Exhibit Hall
  • 12:15pm - 1:15pm (12:30pm - 1:30pm on Thu): Membership Luncheon
  • 2:30pm - 3pm (3:30pm - 3:45pm on Thu):  Break in Exhibit Hall
 Thursday, March 29
Exhibits Open: 8am to 10:30am

Material Shipment

Packages may be delivered to the hotel with 48 hours of the date of the function. Shipping and Receiving hours are Monday through Friday so please plan your delivery accordingly. Handling fees will apply, contact the hotel for more information. The following information must be on all packages to ensure proper delivery:
